Minutes of a Special Annual General Meeting

Held in the Palm Beach Hall

At 7.30 pm on Tuesday 21^st March 2006

Present: Twenty-one members, with President Jeanne Mellamphy in the Chair.

A complete copy of the Society’s Constitution was put to the Meeting. This copy includes the amendments passed at the most recent Annual General Meeting (in red type on the attached copy), and other amendments passed in previous years but never forwarded to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies. Mark James moved, and Philip Symonds seconded that this copy of the Constitution be adopted. Carried unanimously.

The aforesaid copy of the amended Constitution, signed by members present, is to be forwarded to the Registrar of Incorporated Societies, by Mark James.

Appreciative mention of the work of the late Alan Boghurst towards formulating the amendments was made, and the meeting closed at 7.40 pm.
