Minutes of WCS Committee meeting held 8:35pm Tuesday 15th July 2025 at Whitakers after Choir Practice.

Present: Adrienne (president), Anne, Mark James, Joan, Sandra, Gavin, Willi, Mark Yandall, Maya.

Apologies: N/A.

Minutes of last committee meeting held 23/05/25: Not mentioned.

Mid-year Concert:

- Mark J confirmed he will organise page Gulf News ad.

- Anne confirmed she has written concert program, will pass it on to Gavin for printing.

- Maya to remind choir members which sections are to bring supper to each concert.

- Anne feels no extra practice is required.

- No recording by Radio WH.

- Pink flyer at Rocky Bay has been taken down for some reason Joan to put another one up.

Christmas Concert:

- Anne has from Mark J couple of suitable songs, plus a nativity song with a different take.

- Agreed to keep same format as last year with alternate sing-a-long with audience.

- First practice after mid-year concerts will be 26^th Aug, an open rehearsal for interested people to come to, need to arrange with Dee for advertisement in Weekender What s On inviting people to join the choir.

General Business:

Bank Signatories: Adrienne confirmed she has signed the necessary forms for her to become a signatory to WCS bank accounts.

WCS Web-site: Mark J still to complete photo update on WCS website.
