General Business:

End of Year concert

The end of year carols held at St Peters in conjunction with V12 were very successful and the profits of $532.25 were donated to Waiheke Budgeting Services Trust.

Accounts

End of year accounts are ready for review, and these will be presented at the AGM

AGM

The AGM will be held on March 16^th

This will need to be advertised in February and the choir asked if anyone feels able to be on the committee for the year.

2021 Musical Year

Richard has offered to conduct the choir and we will continue with the Vivaldi Gloria which we started last year before the lock downs.

The proposed concert date being the end of May or early June

Anne has personal commitments until late March and is happy to fit in with Richard. She would be happy to take the choir later in the year for a Pot Pourri type concert and this will be discussed at later meeting.

Other Business

Pianist:

Carolyn Smart is happy to continue as the choir’s pianist. Gavin please pass our thanks to Carolyn

Practice Venue:

Mark will check with Whittakers that we can continue to use the museum

Special Note:

We welcomed Saskia back to NZ and to the choir.
