Posters Poster will be ready to pick up 23rd May 30 - A4, 5 - A2 and 5 - A3 posters in colour and 500 A5 posters in black and white for distribution in the areas – Rocky Bay, Onetangi and Palm Beach. Dee will pick up and laminate where necessary and organise distribution around Island. Choir have been sent electronic copies Ferry: When posters are ready Dee will send to Fullers. Other concerts are showing |

Program Dee is organising the program. Emails have been sent re sponsorship and we have enough for 3 pages of ads.. Dee is putting together a cast list and the blurb. This should be ready to send out later in the week for checking. |

Musical Accompaniment Accompanists: We will use a piano only in the village halls. Richard is still considering a small orchestra for Artworks. Music may have been sourced from Margaret in Kerikeri Piano was delivered to Rocky Bay Hall on Saturday Piano will move on June 3rd to Onetangi for the performance on 8th; then to Palm Beach on the 9th for the performance on the 9th then on the 10th back to St Peters. Times to be organised as we go. |

Front of House: Dawn Refreshments: Cafe will provide at Artworks. In halls – caste will stay on stage and back stage during half time, refreshments will be provided.
