Rehearsal Dates There was general discussion on moving from stage to stage. Rehearsal dates were discussed and are attached in a separate document Susan to type up a rehearsal schedule which Richard will print and distribute to the choir on Tuesday |

Rocky Bay Hall Mark to check if the extra dates of May 20/27 are available for Rocky Bay Hall. Also if lights can be left up from Dress Rehearsal until the Show date. |

Entertainment Maya to ask Yachiyo if her friend can sing and play a Japanese instrument before the concert and during the interval. Having this entertainment worked very well in the Fiddler. |

Musical Accompaniment Pianos All halls except Artworks will need a piano for the performance. Alan is to ask if we can borrow a covered trailer from Wild on Waiheke In case this doesn’t happen, can everyone have a think about where we could get a horse float or other cover trailer? The other option is renting a van but this may be expensive. Music Andy to check DUD and WLG to see if they have musical scores available. The other option being to download from the internet and print. Wellington has agreed to lend us their orchestral scores! Musicians We have no orchestral musicians confirmed yet and Richard is to follow up.

Costumes Maya has costumes and cast are going to her place to try on. Sessions are being held on Friday mornings to mend and alter. Bernard has offered his people mover to transport the costumes. There was some discussion about how to care for and transport the costumes. By agreement it was decided that the principals costumes would be kept and moved in Bernard’s vehicle. Other cast will look after their own costumes. Philip will write a letter for each member of the cast, itemising their costume pieces. Everyone will be asked to sign the letter acknowledging that they are responsible for these items and that there will be a charge if anything is lost. Philip to ask Adele from Other World productions if we could borrow some racks Maya will price some racks for the Choral Society since these are always needed |

Dressing Rooms Since there is very little room at any of the halls it was decided to put make up and costumes on away from the halls. Rocky Bay Hall - Mark James: 11 McMillan Road Onetangi - Sue and Kim: 481 Sea View Road Palm Beach - Red Shed, Alan to ask Matt if this would be possible Art Works - is of course no problem |

Props & Set Alan will look at the props we have from the Auckland. Alan has some walkie talkies we can use. Nora has withdrawn and Bernard has offered to work on the set. Alan will discuss with him. |

Publicity and Advertising Mark has forwarded a piece to the Gulf News which should be in next week. At each of the 3 halls a mail drop will be arranged by the following people
Susan to check with Dee where the public advertising should go. Nora will be asked to make 2 banners which can be moved around. Programs Dee said at the last meeting that she will do the program. |

Tickets Dawn will manage phone bookings. It was decided that no physical tickets needed to be provided to anyone booking by phone as long as they were given a confirmation number. Mark will design some physical tickets to be handed out to cast to sell. Font to be used is ‘Bonsai’ Philip will print and collate Susan will hold and distribute these tickets to the cast and liaise with Dawn
