Minutes of meeting held Tuesday 24th Aug. 2010 at Whittakers.
The meeting commenced at 9.05pm

Minutes of the previous meeting Aug 10 and Aug 17 were taken as read.
Matters arising:.Richard still to go to ASB to verify his position as signatory.
Correspondence: Outwards:
Request to open a charge account with Fairfax Media.
ASB Community Trust supporting Waiheke Musical Museum trust in their request for funding.
Accounts: Hal and Leonard have reduced their bill of $1,000 Aus by $300 following Andy’s request.
Andy to pay by credit card and be reimbursed. Marion / Janet
Finance: $6,098.30

MOZART: Richard to arrange hire of ‘bus to Remuera, check with Rod.
Dee to enquire costs of travel with Sealink
The koha from the performances will help towards travel costs.
Robert Wiremu still to be contacted by Richard.

Matinees will be at 2.00pm and evening performances at 8.00pm

Cast and all choir members have been given details and encouraged to start selling bookings.
Advertising.
Colin has arranged advertising on the screens on the ferries.
Dee will contact Matiatia to see if we can advertise behind the ticket sales area.
Dee will send out the digital image to all members.
Opening night Thurs 9th. In order to attract an audience this night to be promoted as a Gala night with dress up option and a free glass of wine.
Andy to take pictures to Julie Ann Evans, for promotion, and advise of the opening night arrangements.
Grant will be playing Senex at all performances.
