Minutes of meeting held Tuesday 27th July 2010 at Whittakers.
The meeting commenced at 8.45pm
Present: Andy, Maya, Seth, Janet, Richard, Dee, Lyn and Marion
Apologies: Mark, Jeanne.
Minutes of the previous meeting July 6th were taken as read.
Matters arising:. Richard will act as prompt / conductor .
Richard has contacted the organiser of Carols by Candlelight.
Richard has applied for Creative Communities funding.
Richard has put in our application for the lease on the White House.
Andy is now a signatory.
Richard to take ID to any ASB branch to confirm him as a signatory.
Dee to arrange to have the banner made for publicity. Expected cost approx $100
Correspondence:
Inwards: Waiheke Musical Museum: letter of thanks for our donation which was put towards the purchase of the Steinway table grand piano. This piano is now fully owned by the museum.
General:
Mozart Masses: The new pieces we are presently learning have been identified for Mark, and we are hopeful of getting them onto a practice disk.
Signatory: We need to remove John Watson from the list of signatories. Marion to prepare the necessary paper work i.e. Minutes signed by signatories.
Whiitakers music museum rent to be increased from the very cheap $15 per rehearsal to $20. Dee / Janet

FORUM:
Forum will be presented September—
Thurs 8th, Fri 9th, Sat 10th x2 .Sun 11th and Thurs 15th, Fri 16th, Sat 17th x2
Matinees will be at 2.00pm and evening performances at 8.00pm
Hal and Leonard have been advised that we have again delayed production but we have not yet been billed for the extension on the scripts.
Music recording being arranged by Richard will be confirmed after Wed meeting of proposed orchestra.
Advertising: Dee to write a story for the Gulf News and Market place
Maya to send suitable photos to Dee.
Dress up performances and cabaret style to be advertised
Tickets available from 372 1000 .( after Wed 4th Aug)
Costumes .Maya to send contact details to Richard who will pick up the rest of the hired costumes.
Lyn to source flares for entrance to the theatre before the performances.
Jan is available to play Domina for all performances.
Stand-in needed at rehearsals for approx. 3 weeks for Senex. Philip or Tim were suggested.
Letter of thanks to go to Anne Willmann for her playing at rehearsals.
