Minutes of Committee meeting held at Whittakers,

Tues. 6^th Oct 2009.

Meeting opened at 6.30pm

Present: Philip, Jeanne, Marion, Mark and Richard.

Correspondence:

NZ choral Foundation. Big Sing.

King and I masks. Enquiry received by Mark to be followed up.

Finance:

$15,187 in cheque account.

Donations:

$2000 to be donated to Whittakers towards purchase of instrument of their choice.

Following the enquiry re the masks it was suggested that the remaining costumes be donated to The Playhouse Glen Eden, in lieu of our next costume hire.

Messiah:

Performances to be Fri 11^th, Sat 12^th on Waiheke.and Sun 13^th in Grey Lynn as Ian is unavailable the first suggested weekend. Still to be confirmed.

Marion to contact Sheena re posters.

Marion to contact Fullers re travel for those not carrying Goldcard. Approx 25.

Richard to contact Bus company re travel from ferry to Grey Lynn.
