The meeting commenced at 7.05pm

Minutes of the previous meeting June 23rd were approved.

Matters Arising:

The ads for Messiah have been placed.

Thank you from Auckland City Libraries, for our participation in Music Week.

Get together: for all cast and crew of Peter Pan.

Friday 17^th July

6.30pm pot luck dinner

7.00pm DVD showing of Peter Pan

8.30pm Dessert

Bar will be open until 9.00pm

Matthias to set up screen for DVD. $100

DVD Copy to go to Creative NZ with report from Mark.

6 degrees of Separation.

Richard suggested this is a short programme which could be presented at the get together.

It was felt this was not an appropriate time.

Plans to present at St Peter’s at 5.00pm on Sunday 19^th July to proceed, with notice that this is a short performance.

Messiah:

Richard to arrange a band and check with Ian.
