The minutes of the last meeting were taken as read.

Cheque for Palm Beach Hall rental $205.00 M. Jeanne S Dee that cheques be passed for payment P.U.

GENERAL BUSINESS

Acapella will be singing Vigil Mass at St. Peters Church at 5.00pm Saturday May 10^th.

SHOW

Jobs to be filled and estimated budget for jobs.

Props. Ask Antionette if she will be responsible for main props Props for the play segment to be the responsibility of the play cast.$500

Set design Mathew Muir. $500.

Make-up. Ingrid. $200.

Costumes. Beg, borrow, steal or hire. Richard to e.mail inquiries to various groups. Possibly some money to be made available for costs for the Halloween scene as children will be supplying their own.$1000.

Lighting. Howard, $400

Bar .Dee to find out if Dale Weingott is available.

Music Thriller to be burned on C.D.

Printing.$500.

Hall hire. Artworks. $200.

Richards fare. $400.

Snacks for children during show. Petty cash,$250.
