FINANCE
The books are back from the auditors and a copy of the financial report has been sent to the Incorporate Society.
MATTERS FOR PAYMENT.
Ten dollars for Espresso Copy, forty dollars for Presbyterian Church(per month) for acappella, eighty dollars for use of Palm Beach Hall for the concert, ten dollars to M, Watson for catering(per month), twenty dollars for keys to be cut.It was M. by M. Watson and S. by Pat Atkin that the above amounts be passed for payment. P.U.
GENERAL BUSINESS.
CONCERT Refreshments for the concert to be purchased by M. Watson. Flowers to be purchased.
Ticket sales are going well Jan McCartain to be on the door with some help. Advertising and the programmes are all in hand;
Winter Solstice to be held on June 21st 6 00pm. to 9 00pm members to bring a plate for dinner and Something to drink, It was decided to purchase a couple of hot chickens from Woolworths for the meal.
W.W.2 revue was discussed and we decided to change a few of our original ideas, largely due to only having ten rehearsals available. It will be performed at Artworks, and will consist of a play Last Tango at Little Oneroa, and be followed by Cabaret songs and acts. It will be performed Friday Sept. 2nd. Saturday Sept 3rd and Sunday September 4th.
There being no more business to discuss the meeting closed at 6.55pm. Next committee meeting will be on June 28th. at 6.30.pm.at Palm Beach Hall prior to rehearsal.
